Tipi Wedding in Scarborough // Stacey + Stewart

One of my favourite ever weddings! <3

Stacey + Stewart found me on Instagram, a little honesty from me here, after I messed up our initial wedding consultation (it was ONE time) where Stacey and Stewart were waiting to meet me at the motor way services, I had missed their e-mail to confirm and I stood them up, followed by our second consultation where their little girl Quinn, was poorly and Stacey had to dash to go pick her up, I thought it wasn't destined to happen, HOWEVER it did! And boy am I happy these guys chose me to capture their day!

I travelled up to Scarborough the night before so I could be there bright and early for their bridal preparations as well as a few cheeky ones in the pub with the fellas before church! The wedding party stayed in two holiday cottages just down the road from St Laurence's Church in Scalby, where Stacey and Stewart said their I do's, both groups walked down to church separately and then after the ceremony wandered back to the pub where everyone got on a bus across to their Tipi venue, The Barn!

It was my first Tipi wedding and it was so wonderful, the theme for the table plans was Friends and each table was named 'The one where ...' with different highlights of their relationship, it was such a lovely personal touch! Not only was there the amazing Tipi but a caravan strictly for KIDS ONLY, with board games as well as outdoor games on the lawn! There was something for everyone and the kids were entertained all night long with bubbles and jenga!

Stacey and Stewart had a huge wedding party, with over 20 bridesmaids / groomsmen and 7 flower girls / page boys! It was such a happy day filled with love and will always be a special one for me :)
